Job Description

Seeking a highly organised and proactive Clinic Administrator for a busy medical facility in Dublin 4.

Temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent, offering a competitive salary of €36,400 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient appointments and clinic schedules.
  • Handle patient queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Process and maintain patient records and documentation.
  • Liaise with medical staff and other clinic departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as invoicing, managing correspondence, and ordering supplies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in a medical or clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
