Job Description

Administrative Support Coordinator sought to enhance operations and support clinical staff at a leading private health services provider in Cork.

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our administrative team as an Administrative Support Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to handle various administrative duties, including managing appointments and generating reports.
  • Address client inquiries promptly and direct them to appropriate resources.
  • Manage multiple systems for scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling appointments across all clinics.
  • Regularly update and maintain patient records.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring clients have a positive experience during their visits.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for patients upon their arrival at the clinic.
  • Maintain databases to track appointments and follow-up activities.
  • Compile reports on clinic activity within agreed timelines and conduct follow-ups as necessary.
  • Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support to clinical staff as needed.
  • Manage the reception area and handle phone inquiries effectively.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative support role.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with strong team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities with a talent for building rapport quickly.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Highly organised with a proven ability to multitask.
