Job Summary: We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Data Analyst, working closely with stakeholders to drive informed decision-making and improve clinical trial efficiency.

As a Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and improving patient outcomes by providing actionable insights and supporting stakeholders in their decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and challenges, and develop solutions to address them.
  • Own requests from start to finish, gathering requirements, delivering stakeholder presentations, and providing data-driven insights.
  • Perform data analysis to support stakeholder needs, empowering them to measure performance, establish improvement goals, and make strategic decisions.
  • Serve as a product and clinical trial subject matter expert, providing support across multiple departments and establishing measurable KPIs.
  • Communicate complex data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders, anticipating critical business questions and supporting teams in making informed decisions.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in understanding customer requirements and proposing solutions.
  • Understanding of global drug development, clinical trial process, and ICH/GCP guidelines.
  • Working knowledge of existing Life Science technologies and applications.
  • Data analysis skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or similar analytical tools.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik Sense, or Power BI.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, requiring critical thinking, influencing, and prioritization under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; Master's degree an advantage.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in performance metrics & analytics, preferably in the clinical research space.
  • Experience working in the Life Science technology industry preferred.
