Clinical Trial Analyst role involves supporting stakeholders in data-driven decision making, leveraging expertise in data analysis and interpretation to drive business outcomes.

As a Clinical Trial Analyst, you will collaborate directly with stakeholders to outline needs and flag challenges, owning requests from start to finish and providing data-based insights to empower stakeholders.
The role requires expertise in understanding customer requirements, global drug development, and clinical trial process, as well as advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to outline needs and challenges
- Performing standard and customized data analysis to support stakeholder needs
- Providing data-based actionable insights to empower stakeholders
- Serving as a product and clinical trial subject matter expert resource
- Establishing measurable and actionable KPIs and tracking mechanisms
- Communicating analytic solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Acting as a leader within the Growth team, supporting colleagues in knowledge sharing and delegation
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated expertise in understanding customer requirements and proposing solutions
- Understanding of global drug development, clinical trial process, and ICH/GCP guidelines
- Working knowledge of existing landscape of Life Science technologies and applications
- Data analysis skills with advanced proficiency leveraging Excel or similar analytical tool(s)
- Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, requiring superior skills in critical thinking, influencing, and managing multiple priorities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; Master's degree an advantage
- 4+ years of professional experience in performance metrics & analytics, preferably in the clinical research space
- Experience working for Teckro or other life science technology company preferred
