An exciting opportunity awaits experienced Veterinary Surgeon to step into the role of Clinical Director. Located in the picturesque County Wexford, this practice boasts a recently restructured setup, offering a specialised Small Animal team and a dedicated Large Animal team. Embrace the charm of the sunny southeast, just 45 minutes from Dublin, with easy access via major roadways, train, and bus routes. This purpose-built, mixed animal hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities, including radiography, dentistry, ultrasound, and more. The Role: Competitive salary of €70,000-€90,000, depending on experience On-call duties: 1 weeknight and 1 in 6 weekends Full funding for further education Enhanced annual leave entitlement, including CPD leave - 7.2 weeks (excluding Bank holidays) Career progression opportunities Birthday as paid day off VCI and VDS memberships paid Paid maternity, paternity and adoptive leave The compensation for this position is both competitive and flexible based on the candidate's experience. Additionally, there is a relocation allowance of €5,000. As Clinical Director, you will lead the practice in delivering top-tier care to beloved animal companions and their owners. From overseeing day-to-day operations to collaborating with the management team, candidates will have the autonomy to shape the clinic's direction while honing their clinical skills in surgery, consultations, internal medicine, and diagnostics.
