Summary: Experienced Veterinary Surgeon sought to lead clinical team and drive practice direction at Blacklion Pet Hospital, a VCI-accredited Veterinary Hospital in Ireland.
Blacklion Pet Hospital is a leading veterinary practice in Ireland, seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their clinical team as Clinical Director. As a key member of the practice, you will lead the team in delivering exceptional patient care and drive the practice's direction.
The Role:
- Lead the clinical team in delivering exceptional patient care and drive the practice's direction.
- Oversee the general running of the practice, with a focus on clinical work, operating, and consulting.
- Work with the Area Support Manager and Area Director to develop and lead the clinic's direction.
- Develop and implement best practice policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Experienced Veterinary Surgeon registered with the VCI/RVC.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to delegate tasks to a veterinary team.
- Proficiency in surgery, consultations, internal medicine, ECC, and diagnostics.
- Excellent clinical skills with a focus on clinical excellence and best practice policies.
- Respectful, professional, and courteous individual with leadership and management knowledge.
