Job Description
The Clinical Facilitator leads clinical teaching for Post Graduate Nursing Students and Staff in the Emergency Department. They coordinate and implement teaching plans. Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating teaching sessions
Developing and implementing teaching plans
Evaluating student and staff learning
Collaborating with staff to provide clinical education
The successful candidate will have strong clinical skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have a strong commitment to teaching and learning.
