Clinical Nurse Lead The Construction Workers Health Trust (CWHT) was founded in 1994 by the Construction Group of trade unions affiliated to the Irish Congress of Trade Unions.?The Trust is funded by a small levy paid by workers who are members of the Construction Workers Pension Scheme. The Trust is dedicated solely to the promotion of better health among construction workers by providing on-site health screenings, raising awareness of health issues and promoting healthy lifestyles. The Trust operates as a stand-alone organ with its own Board of Trustees, its own General Manager and its own staff. The opportunity has arisen, at CWHT, for an experienced and adaptable Clinical Nurse Lead. The role combines providing clinical leadership and supervision to the CWHT nursing team and overseeing the clinical practice and clinical governance aspects of the CWHT health screening programme, in addition to conducting digitally supported health screenings. The role is based in Park West, Dublin, but will include weekly travel to construction sites for health screenings. Essential Qualifications: Must be NMBI Registered General Nurse with minimum of 5 years clinical management experience Excellent clinical practice and clinical governance knowledge Ability to work collaboratively and flexibility as part of a small team Effective interpersonal and communication skills Experience in preventative healthcare and interest in health promotion. Interest in and awareness of innovative digital health technologies to support practice. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
