**Clinical Nurse Manager 1 Role** A Clinical Nurse Manager 1 is required to lead a team and provide individualised supports to people with an intellectual disability in a residential setting. **About the Role** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager 1 to join our team at St. Michael's House Services. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to lead a team, problem solve, and work on their own initiative. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to people with an intellectual disability * Develop and implement individualised care plans to meet the needs of service users * Manage resources and administration duties to ensure the smooth running of the service * Provide training and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge * Ensure compliance with Health Act 2017 and HIQA Regulations **Essential Criteria** * RNID qualification and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) * Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Staff Nurse in the area of intellectual disability * At least 6 months' experience in staff support, team leadership, and resource management * Knowledge of Health Act 2017 and HIQA Regulations * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills **Desirable Criteria** * Recognised management qualification * Experience of supporting positive aging for adult service users * Evidence of Continuous Professional Development **Skills and Qualities** * HIQA knowledge * 6 months' experience of staff support * Be RNID qualified * Strong leadership and management skills * Ability to work on own initiative and problem solve * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
