Seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager 1 to lead a team in a community-based service for adults and children with intellectual disabilities, promoting well-being, dignity, and happiness.
Our client is a leading provider of community-based services for over 2000 adults and children across Dublin, Meath, and Kildare. They are committed to empowering individuals with different abilities to achieve enriched life experiences based on their own decisions and life choices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Ferrier House as a Designated Centre, ensuring high-quality, person-centred service provision.
- Ensure compliance with HIQA, the Health Act (2007), and associated regulations.
- Implement and maintain all client policies and procedures.
- Foster a resident-focused service environment, ensuring up-to-date assessments and care plans.
- Build and manage an effective staff team, conducting regular team meetings and performance management.
- Manage staffing resources and budgets efficiently, ensuring accurate roster and payroll management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) or possess a Social Care (Honours) Degree.
- 3-5 years' experience in the disability sector; management experience is advantageous.
- Strong working knowledge of HIQA Standards, the Health Act (2007), and associated regulations.
- Excellent IT and report writing skills.
- Valid Irish Driving Licence.
