Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a designated centre, ensuring delivery of a high-quality, person-centred service provision
- Ensure compliance with HIQA, the Health Act (2007), and associated regulations
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures, ensuring up-to-date assessments and care plans
- Build and manage an effective staff team, conducting regular team meetings and performance management
- Manage staffing resources and budgets efficiently, ensuring accurate roster and payroll management
Requirements:
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) or possess a Social Care (Honours) Degree
- 3-5 years' experience in the disability sector; management experience is advantageous
- Strong working knowledge of HIQA Standards, the Health Act (2007), and associated regulations
- Excellent IT and report writing skills
- Valid Irish Driving Licence
