Medforce Healthcare Recruitment is recruiting Clinical Nurse Manager to join the team of nurses for the Nursing home located in a beautiful countryside setting in Co. Tipperary. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing nursing teams, overseeing care plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Requirement Currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) on the register of nurses held by Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland or be entitled to be so registered. Candidate must have 2/3 years of post - registration nursing experience with elderly care. Minimum 1 year of CNM experience desirable but not essential. Post-registration qualification in healthcare management or equivalent is essential. In the absence of such a qualification, the appointee will be required to undertake such training. Post - registration qualification in Gerontology or Dementia Care is desirable. Working Knowledge of HIQA standards, procedures, and guidelines. Possess an in - depth knowledge of the Mental Health Commission requirements, leadership and governance. Energetic individual with solid clinical experience in working with a team of diverse clinicians and strong knowledge of the concepts and operations of Clinical Governance.
