Cpl Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead and manage frontline support teams in a residential setting. Our client provides services to adults with physical, sensory, and neurological disabilities in an environment that encourages independence and promotes their rights and well-being.
The successful applicant will oversee and ensure the provision of the highest quality clinical care, establish and maintain relationships, and mentor and supervise frontline support teams. You will be required to lead and manage while mentoring and supervising frontline support teams who support individuals in all aspects of their daily lives and activities.
To be considered for the role, the following criteria apply:
- RGN, RNID, RPN on the live register of the NMBI
- A minimum of 3 years post registration experience and currently operating at CNM1 level
- Nurses with significant nursing experience (4-5 years) at staff nurse level will also be considered
- Have line management or significant supervisory experience within the disability or broad personal social services field
- Have experience in the delivery of training to staff at all levels
- Driving license and willingness to drive for work
- Desire for personal and professional development
