Skills and Attributes NMBI Registration Post Graduate Qualification Peri-operative nursing Minimum 3 years post registration experience Degree in Nursing Description Purpose of the Role: The post holder has a pivotal role in co-ordination and management of activity and resources within the clinical area. The main responsibilities are staffing and staff development, facilitating communication, and professional/clinical leadership. The role will proactively manage the Theatre's daily activities, together with the CNM2 to provide quality and safety outcomes for patients and their families. Ensure confidentiality on all matters and information obtained during the course of employment. Essential Criteria: RGN/RCN registered with NMBI Minimum 3 years post registration with theatre nursing experience in an acute clinical environment within the last 7 years.
