Clinical Nurse Manager 2 Cardiothoracic Theatre role available at Cork City Hospital.

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing skilled clinical and technical assistance
- Leading a team to deliver high-quality patient care

- Supporting staff development and learning
Requirements:
- Registered in the General Division of the live register of nurses kept by the NMBI
- A minimum of 5 years post-registration experience in an acute general hospital
- A minimum of 2 years experience in cardiothoracic theatre
- Relevant course in Peri Anaesthesia and/or Peri Operative nursing or equivalent
- A management qualification
Desirable skills and experience include:
- Preceptorship/teaching and assessing of students
- Extensive theatre experience in other specialist areas
