Job Description
Seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager 3 to oversee the Ambulatory Day Care Centre and IV Therapies, ensuring efficient use of resources and delivering high-quality patient care.
The post holder will work closely with the Assistant Director of Nursing to manage and coordinate the nursing service, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Risk Management and Clinical Audit, as well as strong educational, research, and management skills.
The post holder will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and delivering healthcare to patients
- Liaising with multidisciplinary teams and primary care teams
- Deputising for the Assistant Director of Nursing in their absence
The Clinical Nurse Manager 3 will be expected to:
- Operate within the hospital's policies and procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
