**Clinical Nurse Manager 3** A permanent opportunity to lead a team of staff in the implementation and provision of high-quality patient care, promoting best practice and clinical expertise within an interdisciplinary team. **Job Description:** We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Nurse Manager III to provide support within the Nursing Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day service of clinical care within their area of responsibility. **Key Responsibilities:** * Participate in the management of and be responsible for the day-to-day service of clinical care within area of responsibility * Plan, direct and coordinate the activities of the service delivery * Supervise and coordinate a team of staff in the implementation and provision of high-quality patient care * Act as a role model by promoting best practice in the delivery of nursing care and provide clinical expertise and support within the interdisciplinary team * Support, assist and facilitate colleagues in achieving specific Critical Success Factors * Encourage a culture of openness and participation through effective communication * Be responsible for their own professional development **Requirements:** * Current registration with NMBI * Strong values and commitment to patient Safety & Quality * Minimum of 5 years experience in a people management role * Minimum 5 years post graduate acute care nursing experience * Excellent knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and skills * Management Qualification essential * ACLS course completed, or be willing to undertake * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Strong IT skills
