**Clinical Nurse Manager 3 (Team Coordinator for the Crisis Resolution Service)** **Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Manager 3 to lead the Crisis Resolution Service, coordinating clinical teams and ensuring efficient referrals, while providing clinical supervision and promoting quality care. **Job Description:** **Location:** Cluain Mhuire Services Initial Base: Rose Hill, Carysfort Avenue, Blackrock, Co. Dublin **About Cluain Mhuire:** Cluain Mhuire is a national center of innovation in public mental health service provision, delivering a community-based adult mental health service for the South East Coast of Co. Dublin to a catchment area of approximately 182,000 people. **Role Summary:** The Clinical Nurse Manager 3 will act as a Team Coordinator for the Crisis Resolution Service, coordinating service development and provision across the Crisis Assessment Team and the Acute Day Hospital. The successful candidate will provide clinical supervision to student nurses, line manage nursing staff, and contribute to the ongoing development of the nursing department. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinating clinical teams to ensure efficient referrals and waiting lists are managed * Liaising with Primary Care Teams, external agencies, and self-help resources * Coordinating agreed CRS clinical inputs and ensuring all clinical documentation is completed * Monitoring monthly figures and ensuring a plan is in place for delayed discharges/transfers * Assessing, monitoring, and escalating clinical risks * Ensuring all clinical incidents are reported and escalated appropriately * Coordinating team members' leave and workload distribution * Working with the Multi-Disciplinary Team to implement strategic objectives * Maintaining good staff relations and promoting good communication * Providing clinical supervision to student nurses and line managing nursing staff * Contributing to the ongoing development of the nursing department * Participating in the formulation and review of policies and procedures * Demonstrating the ability to evaluate information, make timely decisions, and solve problems * Maintaining accurate records of appointments and clinical records * Collaborating with the clinical team and QPS Advisor to develop local clinical operational procedures * Engaging in performance review processes and personal development planning **Requirements:** * Registered in the Psychiatric division of the Register of Nurses & Midwives maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland * At least 5 years post-registration experience, including 2 years as a Clinical Nurse Manager or in a related area * Evidence of continuous professional development at the appropriate level * High standard of suitability and clinical, managerial, and administrative capacity to properly discharge the functions of the role **Benefits:** * Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) * Annual Increments * Comprehensive induction training and continued in-house training/professional development * Paid sick leave * Paid Maternity/Paternity Leave * Opportunities for career progression * Public Pension Scheme * Group Health Insurance Scheme through VHI * Group HSF Scheme * Cycle to Work Scheme
