Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager III to join our team. You will lead and coordinate the daily management of our nursing home, ensuring high standards of care in line with national and international best practices. You will support the Person in Charge (PIC) in managing staff, promoting a respectful and person-centred care environment, and ensuring compliance with Sonas values and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate staff, ensuring the highest standards of residential care.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring smooth running and optimal staffing levels.
  • Maintain relationships with residents based on respect and equality, while promoting person-centred care.
  • Provide clinical leadership and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including HIQA standards and the Health Act 2007.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Third Level Degree in Nursing and active registration with An Bord Altranais.
  • Post-registration qualification in Healthcare Management (Level 6) is essential.
  • Minimum of 3 years' post-registration experience, with at least 2 years in a nursing home and management roles.
  • Proven leadership skills with a passion for providing outstanding care to older adults.
