Seeking an experienced nursing leader to lead and motivate staff, ensuring high standards of residential care, in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to ensure the highest standards of residential care.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring smooth running and optimal staffing levels.
- Maintain relationships with residents based on respect and equality, while promoting person-centred care.
- Provide clinical leadership and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including HIQA standards and the Health Act 2007.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Third Level Degree in Nursing and active registration with An Bord Altranais.
- Post-registration qualification in Healthcare Management (Level 6) is essential.
- Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience, with at least 2 years in a nursing home and management roles.
