Seeking an experienced nursing leader to manage day-to-day operations of a nursing home, ensuring smooth running and optimal staffing levels, while promoting person-centred care and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Clinical Nurse Manager 3 (CNM3)
Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to ensure the highest standards of residential care. Maintain relationships with residents based on respect and equality. Provide clinical leadership and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Requirements
- Third Level Degree in Nursing and active registration with An Bord Altranais
- Post-registration qualification in Healthcare Management (Level 6) is essential
- Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience, with at least 2 years in a nursing home and management roles
- Proven leadership skills with a passion for providing outstanding care to older adults
