Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and motivate staff, ensuring the highest standards of residential care. Manage day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring smooth running and optimal staffing levels. Maintain relationships with residents based on respect and equality, while promoting person-centred care. Provide clinical leadership and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including HIQA standards and the Health Act 2007.
Qualifications & Experience:
Third Level Degree in Nursing and active registration with An Bord Altranais. Post-registration qualification in Healthcare Management (Level 6) is essential. Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience, with at least 2 years in a nursing home and management roles. Proven leadership skills with a passion for providing outstanding care to older adults.
