Seeking an experienced nursing leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of a nursing home, ensuring high standards of care and staff management.
We are a leading healthcare provider in Ireland, dedicated to delivering exceptional care to older adults.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver high-quality care and services.
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth running and optimal staffing levels.
- Maintain relationships with residents based on respect and equality.
- Provide clinical leadership and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Third Level Degree in Nursing and active registration with An Bord Altranais.
- Post-registration qualification in Healthcare Management (Level 6) is essential.
- Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience, with at least 2 years in a nursing home and management roles.
