Red Chair Recruitment is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead nursing teams in Co. Cork, prioritizing patient care, staff welfare, and training.
The Clinical Nurse Manager will oversee all nursing activities, ensuring high standards of care, staff development, and efficient departmental operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage nursing duties to maintain departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Ensure adherence to established standards and protocols.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a nursing management role, preferably in a care centre or nursing home.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or Management.
- Understanding of HIQA regulations.
Package Offered:
