Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating and managing patient care activities
- Managing resources and prioritizing tasks to achieve service goals
- Leading and developing staff within the clinical area
- Facilitating communication and professional/clinical leadership
- Developing and implementing service plans to improve patient care
As a member of the Nurse Management team, the post holder will be responsible for monitoring activity, developing, and delivering an agreed level of service. The successful candidate will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve service goals.
The post holder will also deputise for the CNM2 and take on additional responsibilities as required. This may include working on Ophthalmic Biometric measurements and ensuring all patients have an appropriate pre-admission assessment.
