Seeking a highly skilled Nurse Management professional to coordinate, develop, and manage activity and resources within a clinical area, providing exceptional patient care and promoting quality, respect, caring, and compassion.

The successful candidate will have a pivotal role in the Nurse Management team, responsible for:
- Management of Patient Care
- Resource Management
- Staffing Management
- Staff and Service Development
- Facilitating communication and professional/clinical leadership
The CNM1 will provide exceptional patient care, monitoring activity, developing, and delivering an agreed level of service. The role involves deputising for the CNM2 and working core hours, planning, co-ordinating, and managing activity and resources within the clinical area.
