**Clinical Nurse Manager I Primary Care Service** Summary: Experienced Clinical Nurse Manager sought to coordinate and deliver Primary Care Service in a mental health setting, requiring strong leadership and clinical skills. **Job Description** We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Manager I to join our team in delivering high-quality Primary Care Service to our service users. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering the Primary Care Service under the direction of a General Practice CNM2. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and deliver Primary Care Service in line with the physical needs of service users * Assist in the development and expansion of the service when required * Deliver defined care pathways for service users * Report to the CNM2 Primary Care Nurse on a day-to-day basis * Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to develop appropriate care plans * Assess and triage referrals with a method of prioritizing medical illnesses based on need * Maintain patient, staff, and hospital confidentiality in accordance with hospital policy **Requirements:** * Registered with NMBI in the General or Paediatric division of the register (essential) * Registered with NMBI in the Psychiatric division of the register (highly desirable) * Minimum of 5 years clinical experience * 3rd level qualification in an appropriate field * Previous experience in a Primary Care or Emergency Department setting (desirable) * Must be knowledgeable about general as well as specific health issues * Proven ability to establish solid working relationships within the organisation and service users * Good IT skills * Willingness to undertake any training necessary * Ability to work unsupervised at times * Ability to assist in the development of the Primary Care service * Experience and appreciation of working within a quality assurance environment **Benefits:** * Competitive salary range * Pension scheme * Ongoing training * Paid study leave and funding for further education * Support for career advancement and professional development * A subsidised canteen and onsite gym * Bike to Work and Tax Saver Commuter Ticket schemes **About the Organisation:** St Patrick's Mental Health Services is Ireland's largest independent, not-for-profit mental health service provider.
