Job Summary: Experienced Registered Nurse required to provide expertise and support in Health Management and Health Promotion at the Orchard clinic.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality health and clinical services to service users, promoting person-centeredness and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with intellectual disabilities in health, wellbeing, and social care
- Develop nursing capacity, capability, and professional leadership
- Improve health experience and outcomes for individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Lead community liaison nursing services and contribute to specific nursing objectives
- Ensure services are delivered through evidence-based and safe care systems
Requirements:
- Registered RNID or RGN with a 3rd level qualification at level 8 (Honours) degree or higher
- A minimum of five years post-registration experience, with two years in the specialist area
- Demonstrate evidence of continuing professional development
- A formal post-registration qualification in Practice Nursing/Health Promotion/Chronic Disease Management or a related area at Higher Diploma level or equivalent
