Medforce Healthcare Recruitment is hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead a dedicated team of nursing professionals at a beautiful facility located on the banks of the River Barrow in Co. Carlow. This 57-bed nursing home provides top-quality care to the elderly, and we're looking for a compassionate and experienced leader to ensure the highest standards of care Requirements Currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) on the register of nurses held by Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland or be entitled to be so registered. Candidate must have 3 years of post - registration nursing experience with elderly care. Minimum 1 year of CNM experience desirable but not essential. Working Knowledge of HIQA standards, procedures, and guidelines. Possess an in - depth knowledge of the Mental Health Commission requirements, leadership and governance. Energetic individual with solid clinical experience in working with a team of diverse clinicians and strong knowledge of the concepts and operations of Clinical Governance.
