Medforce Healthcare Recruitment is hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager to join the team of nurses for the newly purpose-built luxury nursing home with modern facilities, a landscaped garden, and a wide range of services and recreational activities located in Co. Cork.
The Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible for upholding high standards of resident care, ensuring the safety of both residents and staff, and promoting a learning environment to support the development of all staff levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold high standards of resident care and ensure the safety of both residents and staff.
- Promote a learning environment to support the development of all staff levels.
- Foster a collaborative team culture across specialist care services.
- Manage rostering arrangements and leave planning for staff.
- Ensure compliance with HIQA standards, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- 3 years of post-registration nursing experience with elderly care.
- Minimum 1 year of CNM experience desirable but not essential.
- Experience in geriatric nursing care/psychiatry/adult disabled.
- Working knowledge of HIQA standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Leadership and governance skills.
