Seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead a team of nurses in a luxury nursing home with modern facilities and a range of services and recreational activities in Co. Cork.
**Job Description:**
- Uphold high standards of resident care, ensuring the safety of both residents and staff.
- Promote a learning environment to support the development of all staff levels.
- Foster a collaborative team culture across specialist care services.
**Requirements:**
- Currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- 3 years of post-registration nursing experience with elderly care.
- Minimum 1 year of CNM experience desirable.
- Experience in geriatric nursing care, psychiatry, or adult disabled care.
- Working knowledge of HIQA standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Detailed knowledge of rostering and managing rostering arrangements and leave planning.
- Knowledge of Mental Health Commission requirements, leadership, and governance.
