We work in partnership with both public and private hospitals, as well as in semi-acute facilities, paediatric homecare, residential services, and practice nursing.On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to join a new facility in Dublin.Key Responsibilities* Uphold care center policies and best clinical practices, while identifying and addressing areas of concern in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.* Review and manage care plans for residents with clinical issues such as pressure ulcers, falls, or other health concerns, ensuring proper follow-up and action.* Oversee medication management, including supervising staff, conducting medication audits, and coordinating with GPs and pharmacies for reviews.* Provide guidance and supervision to Staff Nurses and Care Assistants, participating in training and development to maintain high standards of care.* Conduct regular audits on clinical practices, hygiene standards, and documentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Requirements* BSc in General Nursing or equivalent.* Previous management experience or training is beneficial.* Registered with the NMBI live register.* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.* Sound decision-making ability.* Self-motivated, with the ability to motivate others and work independently.* Ability to foster a collaborative team environment.* Results-oriented.Take the first step - contact Gabriele Baptista at Akeso Healthsearch today at Apply or Apply .We'll send you jobs that match this searchYou're consenting to receive job alert emails.
