Job Description
The Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible for maintaining high standards of resident care, ensuring safety, and fostering a learning environment to develop staff across specialist care services.
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland or eligible to be so registered.
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant post-registration experience.
- Post-registration qualification in gerontology and/or dementia care is highly desirable.
- Demonstratable clinical and professional ability, leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Eligible to work in Ireland.
