Job Description
Seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality care in a nursing home setting, with a focus on resident-focused care and HIQA regulations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day clinical management of the nursing home, coordinating the care and activities of residents, and ensuring a consistently strong standard of care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure high-quality care is delivered
- Coordinating the care and activities of residents, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are respected
- Managing the day-to-day clinical operations of the nursing home, including staff supervision and performance management
- Ensuring compliance with HIQA regulations and other relevant standards
Requirements:
- Registered with NMBI
- Excellent clinical, leadership, and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound decision-making ability
- Extensive experience in care of the elderly
