Job Description
Seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager II to lead a multidisciplinary team in the delivery of an effective and efficient service in the Cardiac Catheterisation Lab and Non-Invasive Cardiology.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced nurse to take on this key leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical and professional leadership to the team
- Lead a multidisciplinary team including nursing and allied health and support staff
- Deliver an effective and efficient service
Requirements:
- Registered nurse with NMBI registration
- Minimum of 5 years post registration experience, of which 2 years is in a Cath Lab with a postgraduate qualification in cardiology
- Experience in management with excellent interpersonal, leadership & communication skills
- A flexible approach to work patterns is required to meet service needs
