Medforce Healthcare Recruitment is looking for an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead a 45-bed nursing home located in the peaceful countryside of County Galway. This tranquil setting provides a comforting environment for residents, and we need a dedicated leader to ensure the highest standards of care. Requirements Currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) on the register of nurses held by Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland or be entitled to be so registered. Candidate must have 3 years of post - registration nursing experience with elderly care. Minimum 1 year of CNM experience desirable but not essential. Working Knowledge of HIQA standards, procedures, and guidelines. Possess an in - depth knowledge of the Mental Health Commission requirements, leadership and governance. Energetic individual with solid clinical experience in working with a team of diverse clinicians and strong knowledge of the concepts and operations of Clinical Governance.
