Medforce Healthcare Recruitment is hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager to join the team of healthcare professionals in a 48-bed modern built nursing facility in Co. Galway. A Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) plays a crucial role in healthcare settings, overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring high standards of patient care. Requirements Currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) on the register of nurses held by Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland or be entitled to be so registered. Candidate must have 3 years of post - registration nursing experience with elderly care. Minimum 1 year of CNM experience desirable but not essential. Experience in geriatric nursing care/psychiatry/adult disabled. Working Knowledge of HIQA standards, procedures, and guidelines. Have a detailed knowledge of rostering and managing the rostering arrangements and leave planning for stuff. Possess an in - depth knowledge of the Mental Health Commission requirements, leadership and governance. Energetic individual with solid clinical experience in working with a team of diverse clinicians and strong knowledge of the concepts and operations of Clinical Governance. Demonstrate evidence of continuing professional development.
