Opportunity to join well established and expanding Irish medical organisation.Reporting to the CEO, play a key role in the management and development of company’s and associated services in attaining a standard of excellence in an ever evolving clinical environment. Responsible for ensuring optimum standards of clinical service are delivered whilst, maintaining the quality of patient care; developing existing and new services as necessary and meeting strict deadlines and KPIs.Responsible for the provision of both managerial and clinical leadership to the highest possible standard.Lead out the management of clinical services in a progressive, dynamic and lean environment.Consolidate and support the leadership of the clinical management group to include Triage Nurse team and all Clinical Service team.Provide leadership in all aspects of corporate/clinical governance to include risk, FMD, drugs and therapeutics.Lead out the programme for Locum DoctorsExperienceA professional qualification e.g. RGN with a min. of 5 years post registration experienceExperience of clinical governance with the ability supervise staff development in accordance with their needs and support the continuous professional development of all staffA flexible approach to attendance on duty and ability to travel as required #J-18808-Ljbffr
