Lead a team in a dynamic clinical environment, ensuring high standards of patient care and service delivery.
Reporting to the CEO, you will play a key role in the management and development of clinical services, driving excellence in an ever-evolving clinical environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring optimum standards of clinical service are delivered
- Maintaining the quality of patient care
- Developing existing and new services as necessary
- Meeting strict deadlines and KPIs
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Professional qualification (e.g. RGN)
- Minimum 5 years post-registration experience
- Experience of clinical governance
- Ability to supervise staff development
- Flexible approach to attendance on duty
As a leader in clinical services, you will provide guidance and support to the clinical management group, including the Triage Nurse team and Clinical Service team.
You will also lead the programme for Locum Doctors and provide leadership in all aspects of corporate/clinical governance, including risk, FMD, and drugs and therapeutics.
