This specialist practice will encompass a major clinical focus which comprises assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of care given to the service users/clients and their families.Caseload: The Clinical Nurse Specialist (Rehabilitation) will focus on service users under the care of the Community Neuro-Rehabilitation team.The concepts are:Clinical Focus (Direct and Indirect Care)Education and TrainingAudit and ResearchConsultancy (including leadership in clinical practice)Please ensure you download, save and read the Job Specification & Additional Campaign Information.
