We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Specialist – Hepatology for a Private Hospital in Dublin, Ireland. Key Responsibilities Provide evidence-based recommendations for the patient and their general practitioner on how to effectively manage their condition, while also collaborating with the multidisciplinary team for additional support. Precisely categorize chronic liver disease through clinical assessment in collaboration with the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT). Coordinate investigations, treatment therapies, and patient follow-up in order to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes for all patients. Ensure that accurate and appropriate reports are maintained and provided as needed by the BSHS. Participate in case conferences to discuss patients' progress and attend meetings as necessary. Requirements NMBI Registration A Masters Degree in Advanced Nursing Practice. Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in Hepatology Certified operator in Fibroscan Benefits Adaptable and creative work schedules. Enhanced Annual Leave.
