Job Description
Experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist sought for 18.75 hours per week in Dublin, to lead infection prevention and control initiatives in a clinical setting.
Cpl Healthcare is partnering with a client to fill this role, which involves service planning, resource management, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality assurance and resource management
- Staffing and staff development, practice development, and professional/clinical leadership
- Providing support and specialist advice on infection prevention to staff and service users
- Containing and reducing infection incidence through risk assessment, surveillance, audit, intervention, and education
Requirements:
- Full NMBI registration
- Post-registration programme of study in Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI), National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) major academic Level 8 award, or higher relevant to the specialist area of IPC
- Minimum 5 years post-registration full-time experience
- Minimum 1 year full-time experience (or aggregate of 1 year full-time experience) in specialist area of infection control
Remuneration:
Clinical Nurse Specialist full-time gross salary scale €59,070 - €69,834 pro rata, for 18.75 hours per week

Hybrid working arrangements available, exclusive of unpaid rest breaks
