Purpose of the role: The role of the Clinical Photographeris to provide anaccuraterecording (often over a period of days, months or years) of the physical appearance of the patient'scondition and/or effects of treatment as they present. Photography provides an objective record at a given time and, if used to its full potential, a very powerful monitoring and audit tool.
