Summary: As a Clinical Specialist Dietitian, you will lead and deliver a responsive service to patients on the acute floor, providing advanced clinical knowledge and expertise.
Job Description:
- Work as part of the HSCP Acute Floor team to provide clinical expertise to patients on the acute floor.
- Lead and deliver a responsive service to meet the needs of patients.
- Develop and implement clinical knowledge and expertise to improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in partnership with the Clinical Nutrition Team to provide clinical nutrition expertise.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement clinical knowledge and expertise.
- Develop and deliver education and training programs for staff and patients.
Requirements:
- Clinical Specialist Dietitian qualification and experience.
- Knowledge of clinical nutrition and dietetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
