Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of clinical trial systems, including electronic data capture (EDC) and clinical trial management systems (CTMS).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather system requirements, define workflows, and ensure system functionality aligns with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and support to project teams and end-users on clinical trial systems, troubleshooting issues and providing training as needed.
- Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations, ensuring minimal impact on ongoing trial operations.
- Support the development and implementation of data standards and best practices for clinical trial systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, life sciences, or a related field.
- Previous experience in clinical trial system implementation and management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
- Strong technical skills, with proficiency in clinical trial systems such as Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm, or Veeva Vault.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
