Job Description
Seeking experienced Clinical System Lead to lead implementation, maintenance, and optimization of clinical trial systems and technology to drive operational excellence in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
Clinical System Lead will play a pivotal role in leading the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of clinical trial systems and technology to support clinical trials and drive operational excellence in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of clinical trial systems, including electronic data capture (EDC) and clinical trial management systems (CTMS).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather system requirements, define workflows, and ensure system functionality aligns with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and support to project teams and end-users on clinical trial systems, troubleshooting issues and providing training as needed.
- Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations, ensuring minimal impact on ongoing trial operations.
- Support the development and implementation of data standards and best practices for clinical trial systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, life sciences, or a related field.
- Previous experience in clinical trial system implementation and management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
- Strong technical skills, with proficiency in clinical trial systems such as Medidata Rave, Oracle In Form, or Veeva Vault.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
