Job Description

Job Opportunity: Cloud Customer Support Engineer Stelfox is collaborating with an innovative U.S. company that leverages wasted energy to power high-performance computing data centers. These centers support clients who run energy-intensive GPU tasks for AI, large language models, bitcoin mining, and other demanding computational services. They are growing their Customer Success Engineering team to support their customers in the development and growth of their carbon-reducing cloud. Role Overview: You will work alongside customers and be their first responder to challenges - working closely with their Solutions, Product, and Engineering teams to create timely and systematic solutions to troubleshoot current problems, and identify/prevent problems from occurring. Qualifications for Success: 2-5 years in a customer support role, with experience working in cloud, storage, networking environments Knowledge of other public cloud technologies preferred (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) Strong communication and customer service skills, with ability to prioritize competing escalations Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field or 4+ years of experience in a technical position If you are interested in working with a forward thinking company please apply!
