Job Description
A pivotal program manager and relationship owner for assigned Open Text Cloud Managed Services during the Onboarding Phase, responsible for accelerating customer go-live and optimizing Cloud implementations, as well as managing overall business operations, leading escalation management, developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying and implementing strategies to support customer growth, discovering new business opportunities, and providing regular reports and status updates to customers and internal management.
