Provide technical support to customers using AWS services, troubleshooting and general guidance on issues.
- Support multiple AWS services based on assigned profile
- Collaborate with global top engineers and AWS teams to resolve customer issues
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in cloud computing, networking, and security
- Participate in onboarding and training programs to enhance technical skills

Requirements
- 3+ months of network and operating system support experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, or IT
- Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS) and database
