About Amazon Web Services Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the market leader in cloud business, providing a growing set of services and features for running mission-critical applications. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will act as the 'Cloud Ambassador' across all cloud products, arming customers with the necessary tools and tactics to maximize their investment in AWS. Responsibilities • Learn and use groundbreaking technologies • Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to customer needs • Interact with leading engineers worldwide • Partner with AWS teams to reproduce and resolve customer issues • Drive customer communication during critical events • Develop and present training content • Participate in process improvement and strategic initiatives Requirements • Fluency in Korean and English • Experience in a technical role • Basic understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, IaC, or DevOps technologies • Fundamental knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat) and/or Microsoft Windows Server and associated technologies • Understanding of IP Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SSL/TLS, etc.) • Knowledge of AWS and Cloud Computing concepts • Effective communication skills to lead technical discussions Career Development We promote advancement opportunities across the organization to help you meet your career goals.
